True, but our job is not to make a decision for you. Ultimately, you will make the final decision for yourself to purchase insurance protection. The more you know and understand, the better decisions you can make. We want you to know more because we care.

So we do pride ourselves on providing fast and efficient customer service, but when it comes to something as important as Insurance, expediency for expediency sake is not our idea of complete customer care.

At that point it is also our job to provide you with the information about our recommendations and why we are making those recommendations. However agents who sell for only one company are captive agents. They do not have access to insurance rates of any other companies, so they do not do comparison shopping for your coverage. As such, they work for an insurance company. SGB works for you, our client. With our small cart, we’re very frugal.

Well, we’re getting close. Insurance is one of life’s necessary financial products bought regularly that most people do not understand. Whether it’s health, life, homeowner’s, auto insurance or any type of insurance protection, most people buy a policy and file it away without ever reading it, let alone fully understanding what they said they did understand, by signing their policy. They are signing a legally binding document that requires they have read and understood everything in the document before signing. At any point in our human being language explanation of all the legal-eze, if you aren’t sure you understand our explanation, please DO ask questions. At SGB we pride ourselves on our abilities to explain policy documentation from several different angles, in language you can understand, so there is no question left in your mind as to what the document is actually saying and how any particular section affects your coverage.
